As part of preparation for 2021 Russian Grand Prix Formula 1, which will be held from September 23 to September 26 in Sochi, specialists of Sochi branch of Rosseti Kuban carried out unscheduled inspection of power equipment with the usage of heat monitoring to maintain the reliable and uninterruptible power supply to infrastructure facilities of the competition.
Since the beginning of 2021, specialists of Rosseti Kuban revealed 904 cases of energy theft in the territory of Krasnodar Region and the Republic of Adygeya. The damage caused to the power grid amounted to 222 million rubles. The relevant statements regarding the reveled cases of the unaccounted electric energy consumption were sent to the law enforcement authorities.
On the basis of the Power Engineering Institute of Advanced Training of Rosseti Kuban, ten teams from all parts of the Russian Federation were competing for the title of the most competent specialists within two competences for a week in Krasnodar. More than 30 experts evaluated the skills of energy workers.
On August 13, the corporate championship of vocational skills “Young Professionals” according to the WorldSkills occupational standards of Rosseti Group based on the training centre of Rosseti of Urals was completed in Yekaterinburg. Experts summed up the results and determined the winners.

The Acting CEO of Rosseti Kuban Boris Ebzeev took part at the meeting regarding the preparation for autumn and winter period of 2020/2021 which was held under the supervision of the Governor of Krasnodar region Veniamin Kondratev involving the managers of the utility providers of the region.
