The South-western branch of Rosseti Kuban connected the cultural centre in Sukko village in the the suburbs of Anapa to the company's grids. The capacity of the connected new cultural facility, which was built within the framework of the "Culture" national project, exceeded 230 kW.

To supply the cultural and leisure institution with electricity, power engineers built a new high-voltage 10 kV power line 300 metres long using modern self-supporting insulated wire. This wire has a high safety class and is resistant to unfavourable environmental conditions. It also prevents illegal connection to electric networks and has high fire protection properties.

In the course of construction, specialists installed 22 poles and 58 insulators and performed technical operations for the installation of a complete transformer substation.

The new cultural institution has a 200-seat audience hall, a pottery workshop, choreographic and sports halls, a library with a book collection of about eight thousand copies.

- The work on technological connection of the cultural centre in Sukko village was completed in full, - Vladimir Lebedev, Director of the South-western electric networks, said. - The branch annually increases the pace of technological connection of new electricity consumers, including socially important ones. This task is one of the fundamental ones in the implementation of the company's customer-oriented policy.

The South-western branch of Rosseti Kuban supplies electricity to five municipalities in the Krasnodar Territory: Abinsky and Krymsky districts, the resort cities of Anapa and Gelendzhik, and the hero city of Novorossiysk. The service area of the South-western electric networks is about 5.3 thousand square kilometers with a population of about 900 thousand people. The South-western electric networks are 78 transformer substations with a voltage of 35-110kV, as well as power transmission lines with a total length of more than 6.5 thousand kilometers.
