The Rosseti Kuban company and the Krasnodar regional branch of the youth all-Russian public organization "Russian Student Teams" (KRB YRPO RST) have concluded an agreement aimed at interaction and cooperation to increase the prestige of energy professions among young specialists. The document was signed by the Acting General Director of Rosseti Kuban Boris Ebzeev and the head of the regional headquarters of the student teams of the Kuban Vyacheslav Podgayny.

The parties agreed to work together to attract students of specialized universities and colleges of the Krasnodar Territory to work at the facilities of the Rosseti Kuban electric grid complex as part of students energy teams (SET), and to increase the professional competencies of SET participants.

Among the key formats of interaction are the formation of a positive image of the profession of energy and culture of labor protection among young people of the Kuban, participation in joint events, popularization of the activities of SET, as well as the qualitative development of interaction between the energy company, educational organizations, student energy teams and the KRB YRPO RST.

– The signed agreement strengthens our cooperation with the regional movement of student teams and opens up new opportunities for the implementation of personnel projects of Rosseti Kuban. The expected result for us is to promote labor and social adaptation of young people, to attract qualified personnel, technically competent, active, committed specialists to the industry. Today, many leading higher and secondary educational institutions of the Kuban and Adygea are already partners in the formation of a system of practical-oriented training, – said Boris Ebzeev.

– Together with Rosseti Kuban, we create favorable conditions for attracting students to work at the enterprises of the energy company in the summer as part of student energy teams. This joint work contributes to increasing the level of competence of the student team. Together, we are forming a circle of children aimed at obtaining engineering professions and developing skills in demand in modern energy, – said Vyacheslav Podgayny

The participants of the meeting were students of partner universities of Rosseti Kuban - Kuban State Agrarian University named after I.T. Trubilin, Maykop State Technological University, Armavir Institute of Mechanics and Technology, Sochi Vocational College.

Russian student teams are the largest youth organization in the country. It is engaged in civic and patriotic education, develops the creative and sports potential of youth. Student teams throughout the school year participate in socially significant actions of the All-Russian and regional levels.
