Evgenia Klyueva, a chemical engineer at the Isolation and Surge Protection Service of the Southwestern branch of Rosseti Kuban, became a participant in the Youth Without Borders forum in the city of Zainsk, Republic of Tatarstan.

Over the course of three days, the forum participants discussed issues of work with schoolchildren, students and young specialists, as well as took part in managerial battles and discussions with invited speakers: soloist of the local philharmonic society, director of the Kover youth center of initiatives, public figures. In addition, young specialists were tested for intellectual, practical and creative thinking by taking part in the Energy Quiz.

– I really liked the youth forum, and most of all the meeting with top managers of Network Company JSC. They are real role models who had great success in life. The forum platform has become a place of communication, networking, exchange of experience and increasing competencies in the field of career and personal development, – said Evgenia Klyueva. – At the forum I got experience working in a team on a general project, exchanged skills and knowledge with like-minded people and met colleagues from the hospitable Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was organized by Network Company JSC, it was attended by 150 young specialists from all over the republic and a delegation of the Rosseti Group of Companies. The main idea of the forum is to promote self-realization, increase the level of creative and professional competencies, as well as identify socially active and talented youth.
