In Krasnodar, under the leadership of the Governor of Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev, a meeting was held to prepare the region for the fall-winter period of 2023/2024. The meeting was attended by representatives of the regional Ministry of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Utilities, resource supplying organizations, supervisory authorities, heads of municipalities of the Krasnodar Territory.

Edgar Armaganyan, First Deputy General Director of the Company, spoke about the progress of preparation for the heating season in the area of responsibility of Rosseti Kuban, noting that the repair program is about 90% complete, and all production programs are being implemented in accordance with the schedules.

This year, Rosseti Kuban allocated about 3 billion rubles to implement the repair and maintenance program, as well as to prepare electric grid facilities for the heating season.

Since the beginning of the year, specialists of Rosseti Kuban have repaired over 3.8 thousand kilometers of power transmission lines of various voltage classes, replaced almost 6.5 thousand poles, cleared about 1.3 thousand hectares of overhead power transmission lines from bushes and trees, and repaired about 600 transformer substations. The emergency stock of equipment and materials is 100% complete.

Nearly 1,800 employees and over 770 units of special equipment comprising about 400 brigades, including 22 mobile brigades of Rosseti Kuban, are in operating availability. Power engineers have more than 100 reserve power supply sources with a total capacity of over 12 MW at their disposal. Emergency response drills of personnel were conducted to ensure readiness for immediate response to possible technical violations in case of adverse weather conditions.
