The power engineers of the Adygea branch of Rosseti Kuban since the beginning of 2023 executed capital repairs and maintenance of more than 430 km of overhead power lines (OHPL) of different voltage level in eight municipal units of the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea.

Specialists replaced more than 5.7 thousand obsolete insulators and 5.7 km of earth-wire, about 75 km of wire and 640 supports on OHPL. The power engineers cleared 103 hectares of protection zones of overhead power lines from trees and shrubs, which helps reduce the likelihood of technological disruption due to the fall of branches and trees on wires during bad weather.

– Capital repairs and maintenance of power transmission lines is an important component of the repair program, the implementation of which determines the reliability of power supply to consumers. Work on preparing power lines for the passage of peak loads during the autumn-winter period continues, – said Dmitry Ryazantsev, Director of the Adygea electric networks.

Power transmission lines operated by the power engineers of the Adygea branch of Rosseti Kuban provide the transfer and distribution of electric energy to individuals and legal entities of the Absheron, Belorechensky districts of the Krasnodar Territory, as well as Giaginsky, Maykop, Koshekhablsky, Krasnogvardeisky, Shovgenovsky districts and suburban villages of Maykop of the Republic of Adygea. The total length of OHPL of different voltage levels exceeds 9,000 km.
