In the Adygea branch of Rosseti Kuban, power engineers have completed the repair of the 110 kV Central - Khimzavod-2 overhead power line (OHPL) section with a total length of 23 km in the Belorechensky district of the Krasnodar Territory. The power supply of a large Kuban producer of mineral fertilizers – EuroChem-Belorechenskiye Mineral Fertilizers depends on the reliability of the overhead power line. 

Specialists carried out maintenance of the overhead power line, and also replaced 660 insulators with modern ones from hardened glass. Such insulators have greater mechanical strength, resistance to temperature differences and environmental influences. This will improve the reliability and safety of power lines.

As part of the annual maintenance program, the energy company also planned major repairs with the replacement of insulators, overhead protection cable and line supports on the overhead power lines of 220 kV Krasnodar CHP - Tverskaya, 110 kV Erik - Tverskaya, Kurinskaya - Krivenkovskaya in the Absheron district, Central - Belorechenskaya, Central - Khimzavod-1 in the Belorechensky district of the Krasnodar Territory.  

It should be reminded that earlier the power engineers carried out major repairs of OHPL of 110 kV Central - Cheremushki and Cheremushki - Hadzhokh in the Maykop district, as well as 110 kV Ust-Labinskaya - Elenovskaya in the Krasnogvardeysky district of the Republic of Adygea, with the replacement of more than 1,700 insulators.

The Adygea branch of Rosseti Kuban supplies electricity to eight municipalities: Maykop, Giaginsky, Shovgenovsky, Koshekhablsky, Krasnogvardeysky districts and the city of Maykop of the Republic of Adygea, as well as the Belorechensky and Absheron districts of the Krasnodar Territory. In the area of ​ ​ responsibility of the branch - power lines with a total length of more than 9 thousand km.
