The final assessment on the program ‘A training school for specialists on development and implementation of services’ was held at the Corporate Power Engineering Institute for Advanced Training. This year nine employees of ‘Rosseti Kuban’ have become graduates of this professional retraining course.
The training under the program ‘A training school for specialists on development and implementation of services’ (TSDIS) has been conducted at the Power Engineering Institute since 2014 and includes basic activities of the department on development and implementation of services in the energy enterprise; the main provisions of current legislation; issues of long-term development, energy preservation and gain in energy performance, operation of electrical power metering systems.
Olesya Kostenko, a member of the assessment committee, the chief specialist of PJSC ‘Rosseti Kuban’ department on interaction with market entities, has wished all the graduates further career growth and highlighted attestation works of Oleg Senchenko, Aslan Guchemukov, Alyona Sokolova, ‘Rosseti Kuban’ employees.
‘Avoid routine, seek for interesting and necessary things in your work. Share these things with your colleagues and higher-level departments. Continue to study and move beyond,’ Alexey Popov, a member of the assessment committee, the head of the metrology and electric power quality control department of PJSC Rosseti Kuban, said parting words to graduates. He noted traditionally high level of training of TSDIS graduates.
More than 190 employees of Rosseti Kuban have undergone professional retraining under this program for the entire period of its implementation.
