The Slavyansk branch of Rosseti Kuban is completing the preparation of electric grid facilities for the upcoming autumn-winter period of 2022-2023. Since the beginning of the year, the branch's power engineers have completed a major overhaul of 25 large substations (SS) of the 35-110 kV voltage class, on which the power supply of dozens of socially significant facilities, industrial enterprises and about 40 thousand household consumers depends.

Among the power centers of the district, where preparations for the autumn-winter period have been completed, are the 110 kV Novomyshastovskaya, Krasnoarmeyskaya, Staronizhesteblievskaya, Kirova, Poltavskaya substations located in the Krasnoarmeysky district. Specialists carried out maintenance and replacement of worn-out transformers, disconnectors and other substation equipment at power facilities. Works on the repair of five power transformers with a total capacity of 60.5 MVA were completed.

– Timely and high-quality implementation of the activities of the annual repair program allows power engineers to prepare the district’s power grid complex for operation during low temperatures and ensure reliable power supply to our consumers, – said Alexander Kalinichenko, director of the Rosseti Kuban branch, Slavic Electric Grids.

Operational maintenance of substations is carried out within the framework of the company's repair program. The Slavyansk Branch completed winterization activities by almost 85% of the planned annual indicators
