Seasonal command and staff exercises to check the readiness of forces and means for the autumn-winter period of 2022 have finished at the branches of Rosseti Kuban. The power engineers worked out interaction with the units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, dispatch services, adjacent territorial grid organizations in the elimination of emergency situations in the power grid complex of the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea.
The main goal of the exercises is to improve the interaction between power engineers and representatives of the territorial divisions of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea, executive authorities and local governments, Roshydromet divisions, territorial grid organizations in the event of natural and man-made emergencies in conditions of low temperatures and weather elements.
As part of the exercise, the power engineers worked out a set of measures to restore power supply to consumers, prevent and eliminate accidents / emergencies in cooperation with the power supply security headquarters under the head of the administration (governor) of the Krasnodar Territory, with executive authorities and local self-government, departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, housing and communal services enterprises, Kuban RDU, divisions of Roshydromet.
The exercises took place in two stages. As part of the first stage, the actions of the management bodies, headquarters, forces and means of Rosseti Kuban were worked out in response to the threat of emergency and emergency situations of a natural and man-made nature. The second stage is the organization and elimination of emergency recovery work. The elimination of technological violations was practiced in practice - at the facilities of Rosseti Kuban. In total, 631 people and 256 units of equipment were involved in the development of practical activities.
Based on the results of the exercise, an analysis was made of the readiness of Rosseti Kuban personnel to ensure the reliable operation of the region's energy system in the event of accidents/emergency situations during dangerous meteorological phenomena in the autumn-winter period.
