10,000 requests received by consumer service centers of the South-Western branch of Rosseti Kuban

Since the beginning of the year, about 10,000 applications have been accepted and processed by consumer service centers and service points of the South-Western branch of Rosseti Kuban, including through interactive services. Most of the appeals are applications for the provision of services for technological connection to networks and consulting services of specialists.

Since the beginning of 2022, 8.7 thousand applications for technological connection have been registered, of which 80% were submitted through online services. As practice shows, the popularity of the remote format among consumers is steadily growing.

– In the service area of the South-Western Branch, there are two customer service centers and three customer service points. Their goal is to simplify the interaction between consumers and the power supply organization, – said Nikita Kozachenko, Assistant Director for Technical Connection of the South-Western Electric Grids. – In the “single window” format, residents of Novorossiysk, Anapa, Gelendzhik and their suburbs, as well as the Crimean and Abinsk regions of the region, can apply and draw up an agreement for energy supply.

In addition to applications for technological connection, consumers often turn to service centers for additional company services: construction and installation work of power grid facilities, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and outdoor lighting networks.
