Rosseti Kuban, the largest grid company, and TNS energo Kuban, the guaranteeing electricity supplier in the region, have launched a cooperation project at their service offices in Krasnodar.

Starting this week, consumers who come to sign an agreement for technological connection to networks at the main consumer service center of Rosseti Kuban (Stavropolskaya St., 2A) will be able to submit a package of documents for the initial conclusion of an energy supply contract for a dwelling, making changes to the contract when changing the owner of the dwelling or changing the tariff in the branch TNS energo Kuban. It will also be possible to get an online consultation on concluding an energy supply agreement, charges for consumed electricity, connect online services or print a receipt for payment and enter meter readings.

The joint project of Rosseti Kuban will come into force in the office of TNS energo Kuban (1st proezd Filatova st., 4). There you can get advice, apply for technological connection to networks, apply for the restoration (re-issuance) of documents on technological connection or for additional (non-tariff) services.

“This initiative is aimed primarily at developing a comfortable and efficient customer service. Thus, a client who has applied for a technological connection to a grid company will be able to immediately receive the necessary advice from a guaranteeing electricity supplier. The practice of "counters exchange" will save our clients' time and optimize the process in general”, Edgar Armaganyan, First Deputy General Director of Rosseti Kuban PJSC said.
