Specialists of the Krasnodar branch of Rosseti Kuban completed a comprehensive repair of one of the key supply centers in Krasnodar - the 110 kV substation “PPI”. The power facility provides electricity to about 80 socially significant facilities and more than 65 thousand people living in the Karasunsky urban district.

To ensure reliable power supply to consumers and prepare the power grid complex for the upcoming autumn-winter period, the power engineers carried out a scheduled repair of two power transformers with a capacity of 40 MVA each, open and closed switchgears, as well as more than 150 units of auxiliary power equipment.

High-voltage substations Yugo-Vostochnaya, Severo-Vostochnaya, Kalinino, Putevaya, Dalnyaya, NS-4, Vodozabor and Pravyi Bereg have also been prepared for the peak load season. All technical measures at power facilities are carried out in accordance with the current system of preventive maintenance.

Timely repair of power grid facilities and ensuring the normative state of supply centers are important points in the process of preparing for the successful passage of peak loads, a guarantee of fulfilling obligations to consumers to ensure reliable, high-quality and uninterrupted power supply.
