Rosseti Kuban PJSC and EKRA Group entered into an agreement on strategic cooperation. The document was signed at the site of the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg by Boris Ebzeev, Chief Executive Officer of Rosseti Kuban, and Andrey Furashov, Chairman of the Board of EKRA Group.

The partnership provides for the growth of scientific and technical cooperation in the development and implementation of innovative competitive technologies to improve the efficiency of the electric power sector.

“The agreement brings to a new level the long-standing partnership between Rosseti Kuban and EKRA. In recent years, the company has helped us implement many strategically important projects in the Krasnodar Territory, including the preparation of power facilities for the World Cup and the Sochi Olympics. Our joint efforts will be aimed at optimizing and modernizing production processes using Russian innovative technologies. One of the key aspects of cooperation will be the development and implementation of import-independent solutions, devices, and electronic component bases”, Boris Ebzeev said.

“EKRA Group has been cooperating with Rosseti Kuban for a long time. We have implemented many joint projects, including the digitalization of the electric power industry. The first developments in the field of digital solutions in the Southern Federal District were tested on the Taman Peninsula, where a modern closed-type substation 220 kV Port was built. I am sure that we will have many more interesting and important projects aimed at ensuring the energy security of our country,” Andrey Furashov commented.

Among the areas of cooperation is the formation of a list of promising solutions in the field of technical and innovative development in the electric power industry, as well as the creation of conditions for the development and implementation of high technologies and the preparation of proposals for applied and fundamental research.
