In 2022, the south-west branch of Rosseti Kuban to invest 127 million rubles to renovate the integrated power grid in the suburbs of Anapa, Gelendzhik, Novorossiysk, Abinskiy and Krymskiy districts of Krasnodar region.

Specialists are going to perform capital repair and maintenance of the equipment at 17 high-voltage substations, and repair eleven high-voltage transmission lines with a total length of 72 km. Besides, maintenance and repair of 47 transformer substations and 138 transmission lines of distribution network with a total length of more than 192 km will be performed. 423 supports and 4,5 thousand insulators will be changed.

To improve reliability of power supply to domestic consumers, taps of inputs to consumers’ private residences will be replaced. For this purpose, more than 17 km of self-supporting insulated wire will be used. Such a wire has increased carrying capacity, high-wearing feature and maintains reliability of power supply under wind loads. Clearing of 69 hectares of overhead line routes will be carried out with the aim of preventing the interruption of electric power supply caused by falling of the trees and branches on wires in foul weather and under high wind loads. The engineering area of the south-west networks includes Abinskiy, Krymskiy, Anapskiy, Gelendzhikskiy and Novorosiyskiy districts of Krasnodar region.

Besides, 77 substations with a voltage class of 35-110 kV, the largest of which are Novorossiyskaya, High-Voltage Substation RIP, Anapskaya, Yuzhnaya, Kholmskaya, Dzhemete, Varenikovskaya, Gelendzhik and North-West are recorded on the balance sheet of the Company. The total area of the service area is 5.348 sq km. The total population of the engineering area are 883,6 thousand people.
