The meeting concerning the systematization of occupational safety and health activity in the Company, development of the health, safety and security management was held in Krasnodar based on the Corporate Power Engineering Institute involving the managers of all branches of the Company.

Addressing the participants of the event and summing up the results of the first day of the strategic session, the First Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Director of Sochi Electrical Networks branch office of Rosseti Kuban Edgar Armaganyan, emphasized that occupational safety and the interests of his own staff are an absolute priority for the management of the company and each branch head. Only through the prism of labor discipline and safety it is necessary to consider the indicators for manufacturing.

“The rules and principles that underlie the Vision Zero concept should be the basis for employees’ work who control the safe works performance, as well as for personnel who work directly. Self-control and mutual control are important. To do this, we teach employees the principles of safe work under the guidance of mentors assigned to them”, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Technical Issues – Chief Engineer of PJSC Rosseti Kuban Alexey Mishanin noted. 

The meeting is moderated by the Deputy Head of HR Management of Human Resources Department and Organization Design of PJSC Rosseti Kuban Elena Mishutina, who on the first day of the strategy session introduced participants to the international practice and experience of implementing this work in major companies of Russia. 

At present, a pilot project on this concept is currently being implemented in Rosseti Kuban in the territory of Krasnodar Region and other subsidiaries of Rosseti Group.
