Rosseti Kuban team is taking part within the competence “Intellectual energy accounting system” at the National World Skills HI-TECH-2021 Championship which is held in Yekaterinburg.

There are employees of executive branch of the energy company represented by Igor Erokhin, Rustam Skhaplok and Aleksey Kondratenko (a team leader) as part of the team.

These are the largest occupational skills competitions among active specialists of domestic industrial enterprises. The event is held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

About 40 teams are taking part in the competition representing the high-tech industries. They are going to demonstrate their skills within 39 competences. The representatives of Rosseti Urals and Rosseti Volga will also take part in the Championship.

The individual competencies of WorldSkills Hi-Tech are developed by companies which need training for their employees. Besides, Rosseti Group has initiated the development of three competences, such as “Maintenance and repair of relay protection equipment and automation”, “Maintenance of cable lines” and “Intellectual energy accounting system”.

The results of the competitions will be summed up on October 29. Theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the participants, compliance with labour protection rules and normative documents will be assessed by certified experts.
