Since the beginning of the repair company, energy workers of Armavir branch office of Rosseti Kuban repaired more than 1600 km of overhead transmission lines, equipment of nine high-voltage substations and 112 transformer substations, and changed almost 600 pylons. All these measures intended to increase the quality and reliability of power supply in the eastern part of Krasnodar region. 

The equipment used in nine substations with a voltage class of 35-110 kV that supply electricity to more than 110 thousand consumers living in Armavir and districts of Kuban, such as Gulkevichskiy, Kavkazskiy, Novokubanskiy, Otdadnenskiy, Uspenskiy, as well as socially significant facilities, including schools, kindergartens, health care centers, water intakes and large industrial enterprises.

During the repair process, 68 km of electric conductor were changed, installation works on bird protection systems have been completed, clearing of 130 hectares of overhead line routes has been carried out that enable to increase the protection of transmission lines from the natural elements.

In 2021, it is planned to invest more than 154 million rubles for implementation of repair programme of Armavir branch office. At present, planned works for the year have been completed by 88 percent.

“First of all, the major repair works implemented by the Company’s personnel during a year allow to prepare the integrated power grid for the reliable operation in the period of adverse weather conditions and peak loads. All measures will be completed in its entirety and pace at which the personnel work produces tangible results for the Company”, the Director of Armavir branch office Dmitriy Ryazantsev noted.
