In 2020, the cooperation agreement was concluded between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Adygeya, Rosseti group and Rosseti Kuban in order to implement the investment projects in the territory of the Republic of Adygeya.

The Vice-President of the Republic of Adygeya Vyacheslav Sapiev, the official representative of the Republic of Adygeya under the Head of the Administration of Krasnodar Region Aleksandr Narolin, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Adygeya Zaur Sheudzhen,  the Committee Chairman on Property Relations of the Republic of Adygeya Irina Bocharnikova, the First Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PJSC Rosseti Kuban Edgar Armaganyan, the Director of the branch office Adygeyskie Electrical Networks of PJSC Rosseti Kuban Rustam Magdeev took part in the meeting.

That has a direct impact on the efficiency of implementation of the national projects and government programs in the Republic of Adygeya, the opportunity for investor engagement, and the rates of home construction.

“First of all, the development of the energy complex, as well as infrastructure development play a crucial role in the further development of the Republic.  We carried out an extensive and preparatory work in this field, received support from the Russian Government, and now it is important to ensure effective cooperation with PJSC Rosseti Kuban to implement the planned investment program of the company”, the Head of the Republic of Adygeya said.

Boris Ebzeev, in turn, noted a successful work of the energy company in the territory of the Republic of Adygeya. Thus, losses have been decreasing over the years, and the useful electric power output increased by 7.8 percent since the beginning of the year versus the similar period of the last year, which indicates an increase in business activity in the region.

“In the coming years, investments of Rosseti Kuban in the development of the integrated power grid will amount to 4,2 billion rubles. This year, Rosseti Kuban plans to implement two major projects such as reconstruction of substations “Adygeyskaya” and “Kuzhorskaya”. As a result, our consumers will get a reliable power supply and potential investors – generating capacities”, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of PJSC Rosseti Kuban Boris Ebzeev noted.

In 2022, Rosseti Kuban plans to modernize six more key main substations: substations 110 kV “Cheremushki” and “Severnaya”, as well as substations 35 kV “Enem”, “Kombizavod”, “Tulskaya” and “Sadovaya”. In 2023, Rosseti Kuban is planning to perform a large-scale reconstruction of substation 110 kV “IKEA” and distribution network adjacent to it. The Company is also planning to build a 110 kV transmission line through which electric power will be transferred from the main substation 220 kV “Novaya” (it will be built by Rosseti FGC UES near Krasnodar).

The implementation of these projects will ensure an increase in generating capacities by 245 MVA by 2023. This will create an opportunity for connecting new domestic and industrial consumers.

The issues regarding the implementation of repair company, preparation of power facilities for autumn and winter period 2020-2021, and consolidation of electric grid facilities as part of the Development Strategy of the integrated power grid (the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2013 No. 511-p) were discussed at the meeting.

The integrated power grid serves six power distribution zones of Rosseti Kuban (Giaginskiy, Koshekhablskiy, Krasnogvardeyskiy, Maykopskiy, Takhtamukayskiy, Teuchezhskiy power distribution zone) in the territory of the Republic of Adygeya. The operation of power facilities is carried out by branch offices Aygeyskie and Krasnodar Electrical Networks of PJSC Rosseti Kuban in the Republic of Adygeya.
