On July 5th, power engineering specialists of Rosseti Kuban restored the network infrastructure facilities which had been damaged as a result of the effects of extreme weather in Tuapsinsky district. The basic power supply diagrams for consumers from Dzhubga, as well as Defanovka, Moldovanovka, Gorskoe, Tenginka, Polkovnichiy and Lermontovo villages were restored on July 7th. The processing of applications of consumers related to the interruption of electric power supply is being continued.
In total, 119 energy workers as a part of 41 brigades were restoring disrupted power supply to villages where the state of emergency was declared. Specialists eliminated the consequences of flooding at transformer substations and overhead lines. The repair works were complicated by the lack of access roads because of washed-out roads and fallen trees.
First of all, socially significant facilities of villages, including water intakes that supply water to consumers, were powered up. The movable standby power sources were used for uninterruptible power supply to social facilities.
Energy workers eliminated the consequences of flooding in close cooperation with the administration of Krasnodar region and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
