Measures to ensure reliable operation of the networks of the Krasnodar Region and the Republic of Adygea were considered at the meeting under the supervision of the First Deputy CEO – Chief Engineer of Rosseti Andrey Mayorov, in cooperation with the Heads of Technical Units of Rosseti Kuban. Chief Engineers and Heads of power distribution zones of the Company’s branches participated in debates.

The key topics of the meeting were reliability of power supply to consumers, occupational safety of employees and the introduction of technologies of work performance under voltage.

Last year Rosseti Kuban reduced a number of technological disturbances by 8%. Active implementation of the Repair Company-2021 is underway. The key positions are repair of almost 10,000 km of transmission lines, more than 2,750 switching devices and 545 power transformers, and about 1,800 transformer substations.

The participants of the meeting discussed the first results of the measures intended to apply technologies of work performance under voltage. This method allows to carry out repair works without electrical power outage for consumers. In 2021, Rosseti Kuban will conduct training of 35 brigades of power-engineering specialists.

The plan of measures aimed at prevention of injuries and occupational safety culture development in the energy company was submitted in accordance with the concept Vision Zero as a part of the meeting.

The participants of the meeting also took up the question regarding the fairness of data on accident records, bringing the power distribution zone up to standard, as well as organizing of staff exercises.
