Rosseti Kuban plans to invest 8,5 million rubles in Krasnodar Electrical Networks staff training

In 2021, about 700 employees of Krasnodar branch of Rosseti Kuban will undergo professional training, retraining and advance training in different lines of business. In total, the company is going to invest about 8,5 million rubles in Krasnodar Electrical Networks staff training.

The staff training system includes training and advance training of all categories of employees: workers, specialists and managers, where eighty nine employees will obtain the second profession. Some employees study under several programmes at the same time.

The employees of production departments, mechanization and transport service, control engineers of network control center will undergo retraining and advance training based on specialized educational institutions under the programmes of core activities.

In 2020, the new Professional Retraining Program “Works under voltage on overhead lines, cable transmission lines and electrical switchgears up to 1000 V” started up. Krasnodar Electrical Networks specialists were among the first to receive the status of instructors as a part of the present preliminary educational project. In 2021, more than twenty people will undergo training under this programme.

More than 70 percent of all employees of the branch office have the opportunity to raise the professional level of knowledge and skills annually. This approach provides the company with highly qualified specialists, maintains high level of quality and occupational safety, as well as professional and technical employees’ competence corresponding the current and future company’s requirements.

The company carries out a set of measures aimed at improving the professional and management employees’ competence, increasing the labor productivity as well as reducing of production and economic losses associated with the influence of human factor. Staff training is aimed at improving the level of employees’ competence, which is the motive power of the company in achieving its strategic goals.
