Sergey Sergeyev, Director General of Rosseti Kuban, has participated in the in-person meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors in Moscow. The meeting was chaired by Alexander Gavrilov, Chairperson of the BoD, and attended by the top management of the Company.

Within the agenda, Sergey Sergeyev made a report on the plans and tasks of the Company in its production activity for 2019-2020, and addressed the problem of consolidation of power grid assets in the region.

The head of the power company emphasized that increase of the reliability of power supply to consumers and development of electric grids as part of implementation of the concept “Digital Transformation 2030” remain the Company’s overriding priorities.

In addition, among the main tasks for the short-term, Sergey Sergeyev outlined improvement of financial and economic condition and reduction of the company’s debt, construction and development of the smart electricity metering system at the Company’s branches, consolidation of assets of territorial grid organizations.

The meeting also reviewed a report on the results of implementation of the business plan of and the investment programme of Kubanenergo in the first quarter of 2019.
