Specialists from the Southwestern branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) are repairing 0.4-10kV distribution network in the southwest of the region. They have already replaced 86 pylons, 403 damaged insulators and installed 17.5km of new conductor with larger cross section instead of old aluminum one. These repair works have helped increase voltage supply and reduce technical losses.
To improve the quality and reliability of power supply to residential consumers, Kubanenergo specialists repaired four transformer substations, replaced 302 old service drop wires of total length of 8km. Our specialists used new self-supporting insulated conductor instead of aluminum conductor. This type of conductor has a higher safety class, it is more resistant to adverse weather effects and has high fire resistance. In addition, the use of self-supporting insulated conductor virtually eliminates unauthorized connection to the network and reduces operating costs. The total cost of this repair project reached 2.1 million rubles.
In total, as part of the repair programme, Kubanenergo PJSC plans to invest about 82 million rubles this year.
