In 2019 Slavyansk branch of Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti Group) will invest 172 million rubles in repair of the main and distribution network in its three districts: Slavyansk, Krasnoarmeisky, and Temryuik.

In comparison with the previous year, the repair programme of the branch has been increased more than 2.5 times.

Maintenance and repair works are scheduled for substations “NI-11”, “Rassvet”, “Risovaya”, “Maryanskaya”, “Zaboiskaya”, “Krasnoarmeiskaya”, “Khankovskaya”, and “PAOS”.

It is also planned to overhaul 340 transformer units and transformers. In Slavyansk district repair crews will replace 6.5 thousand insulators, 18.6km of ground wire and overhaul 137km of 35kV overhead lines, and clear 16 hectares of transmission lines right-of-ways from vegetation.

Timur Glushko, Deputy Director General for Special Projects, Director of the Slavyansk branch, said: “All activities implemented in the framework of the repair campaign in 2019 are aimed not only at improving the quality of power supply, but also at achieving such production goals as increasing the level of accessibility to the electric grid infrastructure. As practice shows, an efficient implementation of the tasks set out by the repair campaign allows to fulfill all the planned activities, sometimes ahead of the schedule, observing all the regulatory deadlines.” Capital and current equipment repairs can significantly reduce the number of technological disruptions and average duration of supply interruptions – the indicators showing the quality and reliability of electricity supply.
