In March Ust-Labinsk branch of Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti Group) plans to repair and upgrade high-voltage substation “Geimanovskaya”, an essential facility supplying three settlements and several agro-industrial businesses.

The substation repair project presupposes maintenance work at two power transformers and overhaul of a hundred of units of power equipment, which are essential for stable operation of the power facility.

At the same time, specialists of Ust-Labinsk electric networks will conduct preventive restoration of relay protection and automation devices, as well as with the help of a mobile laboratory they will conduct technical diagnostics and tests of substation equipment before and after repair.

The substation “Geimanovskaya”, located in village Geimanovskaya, Tbilissky district, keeps lights on for nine thousand people and 11 public facilities in three rural settlements.

Vasily Malik, Chief Engineer at Ust-Labinsk electric networks, said: “Implementation of the Repair Programme is among the company’s main tasks. From March to October we need to complete all planned activities in order to ensure reliable and sustainable electricity supply to our customers.”
