More than 500 employees of Krasnodar branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) improved their skills in 2018. The education project cost over 5.5 million rubles.

The main areas of training for electrical engineering specialists are skill improvement, personnel training, as well as pre-certification training of managers and specialists in the field of industrial safety. Candidates for senior positions can sign up for vocational retraining at Bauman Moscow State Technical University on the following courses: “Management”, “School of Chief Engineer”, “School of dispatchers”, etc.

The system of vocational training at Kubanenergo PJSC includes 180 licensed programmes that comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and state regulatory agencies.

In 2018 Power Engineering Institute of Advanced Training of Kubanenergo PJSC introduced new education programmes and technologies for operation personnel and engineers and technicians. The Institute is equipped with the latest methodological and technical base, has practice ground for the programs “Relay Protection and Automatics”, “Electricity Accounting”, and “Cable Power Lines”. The company purchased 3d simulators for more efficient training, opened a center for distance and online training. The necessity and areas of study are determined by the development strategy of the company and the level of professional competence of the employees.
