Power engineers from Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti Group) fully performed maintenance works at power lines in Korenovsky, Vyselkovsky, Tbilissky, and Ust-Labinsky districts of Krasnodar region.

The teams of specialists from Ust-Labinsk Power Networks performed on foot patrols and technical inspections of about 4.3 thousand km of overhead power lines, as well as over 1.7 thousand 6-10/0.4 kV transformer substations.

They replaced about 600 defective or outdated insulators, carried out routine inspections of high-voltage lines and poles, insulation measurements to detect deviations from the parameters of reliability and quality of power transmission.

Mikhail Suvorov, Ust-Labinsk Power Networks, said: “We have achieved a lot, but there is still more to be done next year. The Repair Programme 2019 is ready. We will continue modernization of the power grid complex in the area of responsibility of out branch.”

In addition, together with the maintenance works, our teams cleared from vegetation 81 hectares of power lines’ right-of-ways for fire safety reasons and to avoid technological disturbances caused by trees falling onto overhead power lines.
