Team of directors and specialists from technical unit of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) headed by Alexander Gavrilov, Director General of the company, will take part in the International Forum “Power Grids” arranged by Rosseti.

Pursuant to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin “On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Russian Federation through to 2024”, the International Forum “Power Grids” will take place on 4-7 December 2018 at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements in Moscow. The forum is organized by Rosseti.

The event is arranged to exchange ideas, discuss topical issues and propose new solutions for creation of digital power grid that among other advantages will also contribute to development of Russia’s industry.

Pavel Livlinsky, Director General of Rosseti PJSC emphasized: “Challenges of the modern world demand that we meet the trends of the global power industry. A new level of efficiency of smart grids cannot be achieved without outstripping development of strategy of industry digitalization. “Power Grids” Forum is an essential event that helps power companies discuss and propose solutions for development of digital grids in Russia.” 

At the International Forum, Russian and international experts will discuss global trends in the development of modern digital power industry, cybersecurity and the steps necessary to build smart grids across the country. This is facilitated by the extensive topics of the forum, including such discussion topics as “The industry on the threshold of digital transformation”, “Smart Grid and new opportunities for regional development in Russia”, “Intellectual control systems: solutions and development prospects”, “Cybersecurity: protection of the era of digitalization" and may others.

Representatives of federal and regional legislative and executive authorities, public associations, scientific institutions, heads of the largest network and generating companies, manufacturers and technology developers, Russian and foreign power industry experts – in total, more than 100 speakers from 20 countries will join the business programme. It is expected that more than 20,000 people will visit “Power Grids 2018”.

The Forum will showcase the state-of-the-art technologies for Russian power grid. Over 400 Russian and foreign companies will exhibit their achievements. Among such companies are: State Corporation "Rostekhnologii", PLC Technology, “Electrotechnical factories “Energomera”, EKRA Research and Production Enterprise, Tavrida Elektrik, SIEMENS, Sieyuan Electric Co., Plant of electrotechnical equipment ZETO, INCOTEX Electronics Group, Pilot production plant Hydromontazah, KEMONT, Unified electricity company, High-voltage equipment  factory Elektroapparat, SHNEIDER Electric, MIR  Inc, ProSoft Systems, HUAWEI, Tesmec RUS, 1C COMPANY, EnergoAlliance, Skolkovo Foundation, RTSoft, Electroshield Samara, SevCable Production Company, EMA Plant. These coampnies will exhibit their innovative solutions.  The notable part of the exhibition will be the thematic zone “Digital Power Industry”, a start-up zone with a presentation room, electric car zone with a test drive, business contact exchange area and attestation commission.
