Since the beginning of the year, the specialists from Tikhoretsk branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) have repaired 12 facilities of 10/0.4 kV, thus increasing quality and reliability of supplies to several settlements of Tikhoretsk district.
As part of preparations for the autumn-winter period, our power engineers have replaced about 200 poles, over 27 km of wire, repaired five transformer substations with replacement of supporting insulators, circuit breakers and other equipment, and updated names and safety signs.
Seven kilometres of old services drop wires were replaced with new high-tech self-supporting insulated wires (SIP) at 340 old service drop points to ensure that every home in the area continues to enjoy the power they need. This type of wire significantly reduces the risk of injury among consumers and makes unauthorized connection to the network close to impossible.
The conducted activities will improve quality of power supply for villages Arkhangelskaya, Fastovetskaya, Ternovskaya, Parkovy, Malorossiysky, and Prigorodny in Tikhoretsky district, and also several organizations and enterprises.
Valery Gondar, director of the Tikhoretsk branch of Kubanenergo, said: “All these measures are carried out by our specialists with one goal: to prepare power equipment for the upcoming winter period and to provide reliable power supply to rural residents of the Kuban region. We ask our consumers to be receptive to the possible short-term power disruptions that are associated with repairs.” |
