Power engineers from Armavir power networks – branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) are conducting overhaul of 110 kV substation ‘Naidenovskaya’. Repair of the substation’s power equipment will help significantly increase reliability of electricity supply and get the networks of Kavkazsky district ready for this autumn-winter season.
The planned activities presuppose repair of two transformers with total capacity of 26 MVA, oil switches, disconnectors and other substation equipment. It is also planned to replace 30 old arresters with the modern surge arresters.
Instead of electromechanical 35 kV overhead line protection panels our specialists will install high-speed digital protection relays. These state-of-the-art high-tech devices of domestic production enable to detect the damaged sections of the power system in a short time and provide protection of the substation’s equipment from emergencies in the network.
