Since the beginning of 2018 Timashevsk branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti group) has been working on a range of administrative and technical measures to get the district ready for autumn-winter season. The company will invest more than 70 million rubles to prepare power facilities to autumn-winter season.

The Plan of preparation for the autumn-winter period includes repair of overhead transmission lines, substation equipment, clearing and trimming trees and vegetation around power lines’ right-of-ways and many other activities.

The Repair Programme of Timashevsk brach is performed according to the schedule and our power engineers will complete the project in time. They have already repaired and overhauled equipment of high-voltage substations; six of nine 35-110 kV substations are repaired and two are at the final stage. A significant amount of work is done at transformer substations of the distribution network: 20 transformer stations and 27 transformers have been repaired.

Within seven months, our specialists have repaired more than 50 km of overhead transmission lines of various voltage classes, replaced poles, re-stretched wires, installed new fittings and insulators. In total, over 3 thousand insulators and 100 poles were replaced.

‘Our specialists work hard to make sure the district’s network is ready for winter and the branch invests a significant part of the money to make that happen. As of today, more than 42 million rubles have been invested. In total it is planned to invest in the Repair Programme of Timashevsk district more than 70 million rubles,’ said Sergei Sobolev, the director of the Timashevsk power networks.

The branch’s responsibility zone covers the area of 9.3 thousand square kilometres with population of over 300 thousand people in Kanevskoy, Kalininsky, Primorsko-Akhtarsky, Timashevsky and Bryukhovetsky districts of the Krasnodar region.
