On the eve of the open corporate championship of professional skills of Rosseti PJSC “Young Professionals” by WorldSkills, which will be held in Krasnodar on 6-10 August 2018 at the premises of the Advanced Energy Engineering Institute of Kubanenergo, experts attended workshops organized in accordance with the standards of the championship.

The training was attended by more than 30 experts representing the participating teams of the championship: Kubanenergo PJSC, FGC UES PJSC, Tyumenenergo JSC, Udmurtenergoneft LLC, as well as representatives of Rosseti PJSC, IDGC of the South PJSC, manufacturers of equipment Tyco Electronics RUS (Raychem), Ensto Rus LLC, NPP Dynamika, NPP Ekra LLC, Cheboksary Electroapparatus Plant JSC, Radius-Avtomatika JSC.

Evgeniy Rud, principal of the Institute, said: “This year Krasnodar is the first to host the Worldskills Championship. It is a great honor and big responsibility for us. Our colleagues from other regions will participate in the event and observe the course of the competition, and, we hope take over our experience. We tried to prepare a site for the championship in accordance with the requirements of the necessary standards, so that it was technically equipped, safe and comfortable for all participants.

The Championship includes competitions “Operation of Cable Power Lines”, “Smart Electricity Accounting System”, “Maintenance and Repair of Relay Protection and Automation Equipment”.

The grand opening of the competition will be held on August 6, 2018 at the training ground of the Power Engineering Institute of Advanced Training of Kubanenergo PJSC.
