Specialists from Timashevsk branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti group) have started overhaul of 110kV high-voltage line “Kommunar - Starominskaya” in Kanevskoy district of the region.
Power engineers replaced defective insulators and linear-coupling fittings on the transmission line of a total length of more than 47 km; they carried out restringing of wire on several spans of power lines and replaced more than one kilometer of overhead ground-wire cable.

Sergey Sobolev, Director of Timashevsk Power Networks, said: “This type of work was carried out at the request of agricultural producers for safe operation of equipment during harvesting in the security zones of overhead lines. In September, when the harvesting is over, we will perform a range of activities on repair of power lines and replacement of 3.5 km of wire.” |
The “Kommunar-Starominskaya” transmission line supplies electricity to a number of large-scale agricultural facilities and processing plant “Druzhba” JSC, as well as infrastructure and social facilities in Novominskaya and Novodeveryankovskaya villages.
The works performed by the specialists of Kubanenergo PJSC will ensure reliability, safety and continuity of power supply in this area.
