Yeysk municipal administration has held a meeting on provision of reliable supply of Yeysk and the district during resort season and future development of the district for 2021. Heads of Leningradskiy branch, Kubanenergo, and branch of NESK-Electric Grids in Yeysk, representatives of federal and local government agencies and district administration took part in the meeting.
It’s been an effective and meaningful meeting, during which Roman Sheblakov, head of Leningradskiy branch, made a report about the huge work that’s been done by our power engineers for preparation to holiday season and future plans of the company concerning development of the district’s power network.
The head of the branch noted: ‘As part of implementation of the repair programme, the planned activities of 2017-2018 on replacement of poles, repair of overhead lines, and transformer substations are almost completed. To increase the capacity of the lines, a redistribution of loads across the high-voltage line ‘Starominskaya – Yeysk 1’” was made; this allowed to pass 55 MW through each overhead line while the air temperature was +35°C. Our preparations will ensure reliable power supply during holiday season on the Azov coast of the Krasnodar region.’
We still have work to do. In particular, in accordance with the Investment Programme 2021 Kubanenergo will upgrade two circuits of 110 kV overhead line ‘Starominskaya – Yeysk1’ with the total length of 65 km, as well as reconstruction of substation ‘Yeisk 2’, which includes replacement of a 16 MVA transformer with a more powerful 25 MVA.
Sergey Belan, deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar region and Oleg Vyatkin, chairperson of the Yeisk District Council appreciated the work of the Kuban power specialists on preparation for the holiday season.
