Branch of Kubanenergo evaluated customer service by the results of the 1st quarter of 2018 in Adygea

Adygeiskiye power networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti group), summed up the results of work with customers in the 1st quarter of 2018. Over the course of three months our specialists received and processed 779 applications on grid connection and other services.

Of all applications 413 were filed by customers personally at the customer service offices, 366 – on the Internet or by phone. 1700 applications from customers from Adygea were received by Call-centre of Kubanenergo PJSC received.

The major part of applications was related to grid connection and increase of capacity. Among other were replacement and installation of electricity meters and check of their condition.

Kubanenergo created customer centres and offices to render a range of services using single-window system. Customers can file a request personally by visiting centres or offices, phone or send a message on the e-mail of the service centre or using the contact form on the website of Kubanenergo PJSC on issues related to quality of supply, procedure of connection to grids, preparation and receipt of documents for grid connection, apply for new connection and also get other related services.
