In order to provide reliable power supply for customers and ensure consistent economic development of Novorossiysk, South-Western power networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti group) has scheduled reconstruction of equipment at 110kV substation “DSK” for the third quarter of the year. The project will cost more than 1.4 million rubles.

High-voltage substation supplies with electric energy part of the city, 22 community facilities and several large companies.

‘During the reconstruction our engineers will equip outdoor switchgear with high-speed devices that protect from short circuit arc. Specialists will also install modern and reliable compact equipment that provides high level of protection,’ said Yegor Voitsekhovskiy, chief engineer of South-Western power networks.

The 110kV substation “DSK” is upgraded under the Investment Programme of Kubanenergo for 2018.
