Engineers from Adygea branch of  Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti Group) have started an overhaul at 35kV “Kurskaya” substation in Giaginskiy district of the Republic of Adygea.

The will carry out maintenance and repair works on 89 units of substation equipment including transformers, disconnecting devices, switchers and will dry and clear transformer oil. The project is expected to cost about 0.8 million rubles.

“Kurskaya” substation keeps lights on for several settlements in Gigaginskiy district, public places, milk plant and farms.

‘In the past year employees of the branch repaired “Kombizavod” and “Vesyolaya” substations, seven overhead power lines (23 km length) and seven transformer substations in Giaginskiy district,’ said Yuri Khomchenko, director of Adygea power networks of Kubanenergo PJSC.
