Branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) Adygeiskiye power grids have summed up the results of the year: in 2017 the specialists from the customer relations department received and processed 4069 requests on grid connection and other additional services.

90% of all requests were filed personally at the service centres, the remaining 10% were filed through the website and the company’s call-centre.

‘In 2017 the majority of applications were related to electricity metering. People are coming to get information about installation or replacement of metering devices and testing; among other inquiries was automated electricity metering system,’ says Artyom Zharov, leading specialist of customer relations sector.
