In 2017 Customer Service Centre of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) in Sochi processed over 60 thousand requests, over 9 thousand of which are related to grid connection applications.
Sochi customer centre has recently been relocated to a new building on the territory of the Sochi branch of Kubanenergo (Konstitutsii Street, 42). The centre can receive more than a hundred visitors a day. Here, users can solve all the issues related to the power grid complex: prepare documents for grid connection, get additional services, file an appeal. All processes are automated as much as it is possible, new technologies of client service are applied. Consultation can be received both in person and by phone.
Operators of Kubanenergo call-centre are working in the new customer service centre as well. The hotline phone works around the clock on a single multichannel federal number 8-800-100-15-52. In 2017, the call-centre in Sochi received and processed about 18 000 applications from customers. Among them were many thanks to the management and employees of the company.
For example, a resident of Sochi, Elena Varich, thanked the head of the Adler Distribution Zone for prompt connection of her house to electricity networks: “I want to express sincere gratitude to Maxim Alekseevich and his managers –Gavrilov A.I., general director of Kubanenergo, and Armaganyan E.G., director of Sochi electrical networks, for keeping lights in our houses, for organizing work and for treating people well. Kubanenergo keeps on improving its interaction with consumers. High of quality of services is one of the company’s priorities.
