While on a working visit in Sochi on 12 October 2017 the Minister of Energy Alexander Novak has held a meeting on development of energy system of Kuban.

The meeting was attended by Pavel Livinsky, General Director of Rosseti PJSC, Alexander Gavrilov, General Director of Kubanenergo PJSC, representatives of the region.

The heads of the energy companies reported to the minister on the progress of preparation of the Kuban distribution grid complex for autumn-winter period 2017-2018, for the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 and the World Cup 2018 in Sochi, and also discussed the construction of the power grid complex in the village Taman, Temryuk district, Krasnodar region.
