Kubanenergo: Dialogue with customers is a milestone of client-oriented policy

Kubanenergo is ready for an open dialogue with its customers. The Company sees it as an opportunity to address and solve issues that arise between electric power companies and    customers. This was the main theme of today’s meeting of Slavyanskiye electric networks (branch of  Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti Group)) and dwellers of Temryukskiy district.

The meeting on topical issue took place at community centre in village Strelka. Everybody who’s the resident of the Temryuk district could attend the meeting.

The main topics were: electricity metering, increase of quality and reliability of supply, connection to the grids of Kubanenergo. Customers could ask questions and get answers from directors and technical directors of the branch. Some of the problems were solved right at the meeting, others were discussed and ideas on the ways of solving them were proposed.

Valentin Gichko shares his impressions of the meeting: “Thanks a lot for arranging this meeting. It is very important that customers and service providers started listening to each other. Of course, these problems cannot be solved in the twinkling of an eye, but now we, the customers, and Kubanenergo are like partners, not antagonists.”

Kubanenergo pays great attention to creation and keeping of meaningful cooperation with all types of customers. Such meetings will become frequent in Slavyanskiy district and in the nearest future our specialists plan to meeting with customers from Krasnoarmeiskiy and Slavyanskiy districts.

Timur Glushko, deputy director general for specific projects, director of Slavyanskiye electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC, said: “Today, we are changing the approach to building the relationship between the power company and the consumer fundamentally. We strive to improve constantly the quality of our services. In order to do that we need to stay in touch with the customers, we need to know what is going on and what are the needs of the customer in each particular district. This way of communication helps solve the problems promptly.”
