Engineers from Labinskiye electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti group) have finished a 6 months’ project on repair of low voltage power lines. They prepared 51 network facilities in Labinskiy, Kurganinskiy and Mostovskoy districts of the region to help keep the lights on for customers during this winter.

To ensure the stable operation of the distribution network, specialists from Labinskiye electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo, repaired 28 transformer substations. 23 transmission lines were also upgraded to ensure uninterrupted power supply during peak demand. 233 poles, more than 1000 insulators, 31.7 kilometers of bare wire were replaced on power transmission lines.

Andrei Gerasko, director of Labinskiye electric networks, said: “Kubanenergo pays special attention to electrical safety of people, therefore, during repair of low voltage networks, our specialists replaced 501 service drop lines to private households using self-supporting insulated wire. High-tech wire ensures reliable transmission of electricity, even in the most difficult climatic conditions, excludes the possibility of receiving electric trauma, and provides maximum protection against unauthorized connections to electrical networks.”
