Since the beginning of 2017 in accordance with repair programme, the team of South-Western branch of  Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti group) overhauled ten 15-110 kV overhead power lines in Anapskiy, Novorossiyskiy and Krymskiy districts of the Krasnodar region.

In order to protect the equipment from lightning overvoltage, the specialists replaced more than 8.7 km of ground wire, cleared about 19he of power transmission line right-of-ways from vegetation, replaced four power transmission towers and more than 750 old insulators with modern glass insulators.

- These scheduled events are aimed to increase useful lifetime of power facilities and provide uninterrupted power supply to consumers, - commented Dmitriy Golovakha, director of South-Western electric networks. – The branch does its best to ensure high quality of works and to be on schedule.

Implementation of these events will increase reliability of power supply to more than 258 thousand consumers, socially significant facilities and 8 biggest city-forming enterprises of the South-Western power district.
