To ensure reliable power supply in resort-town Anapa and its suburbs, South-Western electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti group), will modernize and reconstruct 35kV “Pionerskaya” substation and increase its voltage level up to 100kV.
This high-voltage substation keeps the lights on for more than 8 thousand people and 16 social facilities, as well as a number of tourist facilities in Anapa and resort village Vityazevo.
Dmitry Golovakha, director of the South-Western branch, said: “We will install reliable and modern equipment at the substations. It is more compact and safer that the existing. An increase of capacity of this substation will enhance reliability of power supply and availability of energy infrastructures will ensure development of resort areas.”
Reconstruction of the substation will be carried out within the framework of Kubanenergo Investment Program 2017. The total cost of reconstruction of the facility will be about 500 million rubles.
