In 2016 South-Western electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti group), upgraded and reconstructed 110kV “Rayevskaya” substation which delivers electrical energy to over 15 thousand properties and 30 public amenities in Rayevskaya village.  As part of the Company’s investment programme, this engineering project cost over three million rubles.

Power engineers increased the capacity of power transformer at this substation almost 2.5 times (up to 16 MVA), made replacement of oil circuit breakers and disconnectors. In addition, they installed more reliable and modern equipment, which is more compact and safer.

Dmitry Golovakha, director of the South-Western branch, commented: “Increase of capacity and installation of new equipment at the substation are our priority measures to improve the quality and reliability of power supply to consumers. This essential project will help connect new facilities in the suburb of Novorossiysk to networks of Kubanenergo.”
