Customer service centres of the Southwestern branch of Kubanenergo offered over 5000 consultations

Starting this year Customer service centres of the Southwestern branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group) have offered over 5.3 thousand applications to customers, among which about 4.6 thousand consultations were provided personally and over 700 customers were consulted by telephone. The most part of customers was inquiring about technological connection to the Company’s networks and provision of other services.

Since the beginning of this year, the branch has received 4048 applications for technological connection to electric networks Kubanenergo for total capacity of 78 MW.

3814 applications for connection to the grid received from individuals, so-called “privileged category of consumers”, with power receivers’ capacity below 15 kW and 234 applications –  from entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized businesses.

Dmitry Golovakha, director of Southwestern electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo, said: “We have customer centres and offices working on one-stop shop principle. Here, consumers can apply for grid connection and provision of grid services, get information of energy supply, hand out electricity metering devices for reprogramming and checking, etc.”
