To make sure the grid facilities of the South-Western branch of Kubanenergo PJSC  (Rosseti Group) are ready for cold weather in 2016/2017, the engineers will repair and carry out maintenance works on three power lines of total length 73 kilometers. These power lines deliver electricity to Anapa, Novorossiysk and Krymsk districts of the region.

Our specialists are to replace several damaged pylons, 450 kilometers of   Энергетикам предстоит заменить несколько дефектных опор, 450 sets of spiral reinforcement, around 2 kilometers of  overhead protection cable, clear 25 hectares of power line right-of-ways from trees and vegetation.

Grigory Chitaya, head of power lines service team, said: “Overhaul of power lines will increase service life of the current power supply scheme, reduce the threat of technological faults and therefore ensure reliability of power supply during the peak loads.”

This project will enhance reliability of electricity supply to over 60 thousand consumers, 59 facilities of social importance and 5 large enterprises in Novorossiysk.
