Kubanenergo will double capacity of the largest substation in mountain area of Adygea

In 2016-2017 teams of Adygeiskiye electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti Group), will modernize the largest substation of Maikopskiy district of Adygea “Khadzhokh” by increasing its capacity from 20 to 50MVA.  Equipment upgrade will cost the company 400 million rubles (without VAT).

Our engineers plan to replace 110kV power transformer, indoor and out switchgear, telemetry and control units. Due to modernization substation’s capacity will reach 50MVA.

The substation is located in Kammennomostskiy village and it provides electricity to five settlements total 5.7 thousand customers and four public facilities. It is also important for tourist and recreation facilities, among which Saint Michael’s Athos Monastery, tourist camps “Gornaya” and “Lan”, holiday center “Pobeda”. The substation also supplies with electric energy gypsum processing plant “VOLMA-Maikop” and “Nerudstroykom” - inert materials (sand, crushed stone) production plant
