Kubanenergo participates in II Yalta International Economic Forum

The second Yalta International Forum is set up by the Government of the Republic of Crimea and supported by the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. This year it is addressed to establishing favourable conditions for business in the context of unique in the Russian Federation free trade area and investment attraction to the economy of the whole country and the Crimean peninsula in particular. Groups from Rosseti PJSC and Kubanenergo PJSC are taking part in a range of events of the Forum business programme.

Rosseti is represented by Dmitry Gvozdev, head of Situation Analysis Center of Rosseti PJSC, and   Sergey Frolov, head of Rosseti’s representative office in Crimea. Kubanenergo delegation is led by Dmitry Ryazantsev, deputy director general – chief engineer of Kubanenergo.

The Rosseti Group takes an active part in modernization of power system of the peninsula. Kubanenergo, being this year a partner of II Yalta International Forum, has also contributed to recovery of power supply on the peninsula in November-December 2015.

Alexandr Gavrilov, director general of Kubanenergo PJSC, said: “We, of course, are ready to achieve the aims set before us if and when Crimea needs help of Kubanenergo. Our experience in dealing with emergency situations and our team of professionals are always ready to assist colleagues.”

The main themes of the Forum are future investment and innovative development of the peninsula. The Forum’s programme includes a showcase of far-reaching investment projects with regard of the Federal Targeted Social and Economic Development Programme of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. The business programme events will be focused on discussion of the best practices of development and support of entrepreneurship, improvement of investment climate, international cooperation and competitiveness of Russian economy.

The participants are striving to find solutions that will help progress from state financing to investments in private industry.
